There’s something about photographing couples on Dauphin Island that never gets old. No two evenings ever look quite the same, and I love that we get to embrace whatever the sky decides to give us.
This session started with that warm summer glow, filling their photos with golden light as we wandered along the beach. As the evening went on, we made our way into the water and let the session slow down.
And then, just as the sun faded, the sky turned the most beautiful shade of pink.
That’s one of my favorite things about Dauphin Island sessions; the beauty is never something we can completely plan. Sometimes we get a golden sunset, sometimes soft clouds, sometimes a pink sky, and sometimes something completely unexpected.
Whatever happens, we get to embrace it and make it part of your story.
